Vintage ironstone trivets marry together two of my favorite things: Transferware patterns and decorative wood trims. This lovely example of a fisherman enjoying a quiet afternoon on the river is perfect for your French farmhouse kitchen. The original frame is intact and in good condition. (The underside board could do with a small nail to secure it tightly. See photo.) As is with early ironstone, you have all the patina you expect but there are no chips or cracks.
